Turmoil at the Ending of a Relationship Leads to the Fulfillment of a Dream

I contacted Gina to help me with the emotional turmoil I was in after recently separating from my husband. She helped me to see the baggage that I was carrying, and showed me how to let go of it so that I felt lighter and freer. I found Gina to be very practical and down-to-earth during our therapy sessions. I found my self esteem benefited greatly from the counselling. Gina had a very helpful way of giving practical analogies for the situations I would describe so I could see my situation in a new, clearer perspective. I dreamt of spending a year traveling but never before had the courage or self-worth to believe I could really go…and with Gina’s help I was able to make that dream a reality.

I have found Gina to be a great counsellor who is helping me find the strength and skills to clear up some past issues, the ability to deal with my present dilemmas, and the confidence to be better prepared for what lies ahead.
